How I Got Back In Shape


First off, let me start off by saying that I was never by any means ‘fat.’ However, when I came to college I did put on a few pounds (the freshman 15 is a real curse), & I wasn’t as fit as I use to be. In addition to not being as in shape, I also wasn’t feeling as good or energetic. When I started to not fit in my jeans I decided it was time for a major change.
